Carefully poke a hole in each end of the egg and move the needle around slightly to remove a small portion of the shell.
Once there is a hole in both ends, insert the needle into an end and start swirling it around to "scramble" the egg inside which will make it easy to remove from the shell.
Over a bowl, take a straw and place it over the smaller hole in the shell. Making sure the straw is held onto the eggshell, blow into the straw, which will force the egg through the larger hole on the other side of the egg and into the bowl below.
Once all eggs have been removed from the shell, place them in a bowl of hot soapy water for a few hours.
Remove the eggs and rinse them with water to remove the soap. Shake out any excess water and let them dry overnight.
Decorate however you prefer.
